Annual subscriptions for a single copy are: 1 year - $40.00, 2 years - $75.00, 3 years - $110.00. Each additional copy mailed to the same address is $10.00. Large print subscriptions are: 1 year - $55.00, 2 years - $105.00, 3 years - $155.00. Each additional large print copy mailed to the same address is $25.00. Bulk subscriptions (more than 10 copies to same address) are charged at actual postage and printing costs. Please contact the editor for pricing. Foreign subscriptions are: 1 year - $45.00, 2 years - $85.00, 3 years - $125.00. The foreign subscriptions are mailed biweekly.
